Our Policy here at "The Moon"

Our small business policy is:

​IN-STORE POLICY ONLY

All Sales Final. However, if you are completely unhappy with your selection, we will gladly exchange your item, within 10 days of original purchase for any other item currently in stock. You will need a valid sales receipt. If for some reason you are unable to make a selection at the time of exchange, a Store Gift Card will be issued to you.


Exclusions:
-discontinued & sale merchandise
-clothing and accessories with tags removed
-damaged merchandise and clothing
-opened packages, Tarot cards, & CDs
-perfumes, massage and body oils
-items brought back for exchange after the 10 days


ON-LINE STORE POLICY

Items purchased online may be exchanged in person for store credit within 10 days.
We cannot accept any exchanges for any items that cannot be exchanged in person at the shop.

GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE ON THE ONLINE STORE BUT MAY BE USED IF YOU CALL YOUR ORDER IN TO THE BOUTIQUE DURING OPEN HOURS (508) 746-0288
